Since 2002, the year I started my own Italian cooking school (La Cucina del Sole) in Amsterdam, I've been writing - and cooking! - tons of recipes. You'll find some of those in my three cookbooks.
The second one, "Cucina di casa mia", is my family cookbook and features recipes by my grandparents, my Mum, my aunt, my sister and, of course, myself. In 2013 it won the 3rd prize at the Gourmand Cookbook Awards in the category "Best Italian Cookbook in the World".
In May 2015 I published my third lifestyle & cookbook "Gewoon Gezond", written together with Dutch nutritionist Rolien Scheepbouwer.
